- I LOVE to make custom tutu's for girls of all ages, you're NEVER to old to wear a tutu!! Sassyfras tutu's are made with yards and yards of the softest, non-scratchy tulle & attached to an elastic non-roll waistband to allow room for growing. Tutu's are perfect for birthday parties, special occasions, portraits, and of course, dress up! I am also customizing flip flops!! They are adorable! You can get them with a bow sewn on or with removable bows so that you can change them as often as you like!
